Sessions draw from a range of somatic and embodied practices woven together according to what your system needs. Co-regulation is part of every session. In-person sessions may include regulation-centered bodywork.

Seashell Spiral Alchemy Foundations- Virtual

There is a wisdom within spiral forms that extends beyond the physical.

Seashell Spiral Alchemy is an initiatory pathway into ancient energy work. Attuning to the spiral energies of seashells unlocks innate abilities to work with these energies for yourself and others. Beginning with the Spiral Threshold, a 3 hour cohort with activation to the principle healing seashell, 4 cohorts follow taken in any order. Similar in structure to Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 attunements, each cohort is activated to the energies of 12 seashells. This is a learning and an activation.
