I founded AlchemizMe to create spaces where nervous systems can be understood and expand.

My work is grounded in lived experience as much as it is in training. I came to learn the language of my nervous system because my own body demanded it. That is why I describe my practice as trauma-experienced not just trauma-informed. There is a difference between understanding how a compass works and actually using it to guide you.

I support nervous systems through embodied consent-driven practices. I love working with people navigating stress, transition, and intensity to build sustainable capacity. Sessions are collaborative, attuned, and customized to support your needs. This work takes time and consistency so I have structured my pay scale to incorporate this importance. Additionally, my role as an end of life doula is very sacred to me and allows me to support the greatest transition we will all face since birth. My end of life doula work is available in Wilmington Delaware, surrounding areas and on-line.

As an intuitive empath and highly sensitive person, these gifts help guide my work. The energy work I practice and channel is incorporated with consent or offered as a focused session. Channeling the spiral energies gently and powerfully can address holistic healing.

AlchemizMe is a queer-owned, LGBTQIA+-affirming practice, and I'm certified in massage for LGBTQIA+ clients. I work with queer, trans, and nonbinary people of all cultural backgrounds in a nonjudgmental space. You are met here with no part of you needing to be explained or defended.

Additionally, I have been trained to work with medically complex bodies. From living with chronic illness, surviving cPTSD and multiple car accidents I know what it can feel like to experience a lack of control.
