By booking a session, enrolling in a program, or purchasing services through AlchemizMe, you agree to the following policies and terms.

TERMS OF USE

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using this website.

By accessing or using this website and any related websites operated by AlchemizMe LLC (collectively, the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio recordings, downloadable materials, and program content, is the property of AlchemizMe LLC unless otherwise noted.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, uploaded, posted, or transmitted in any way without prior written permission.

You may view and download materials for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Educational Purpose

All information provided on this Site is for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing on this Site constitutes medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

Use of this Site does not create a practitioner-client relationship.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site
• Disrupt or interfere with Site functionality
• Share, distribute, or resell proprietary materials

4. Limitation of Liability

AlchemizMe LLC is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this Site.

Your use of the Site is at your own risk.

5. Modifications

AlchemizMe LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of those changes.

MEMBER SITE AGREEMENT (For Program Members)

By enrolling in a program or accessing member materials through AlchemizMe, you agree to the following:

1. Personal Access Only

Access to program materials is granted to you individually.

Materials may not be reproduced, recorded, distributed, or taught as your own.

2. Intellectual Property

All program materials, recordings, teachings, frameworks, and written content are the intellectual property of AlchemizMe LLC.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.

3. Confidentiality (For Group Programs)

Participants agree to maintain confidentiality regarding personal information shared by other members.

While confidentiality is encouraged, it cannot be legally guaranteed in group settings.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Programs are educational and experiential in nature.

Results depend on individual participation, application, and personal responsibility.

No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

5. Payment & Access

Access to materials and calls is contingent upon payment being current.

If payment plans lapse, access may be paused until payments are brought current.

All program purchases are non-refundable.

6. Right to Remove Access

AlchemizMe reserves the right to remove a participant from a program or member site if conduct is disruptive, inappropriate, or violates community guidelines.

Refunds are not guaranteed in such cases.

TERMS OF SERVICE

By booking a session, enrolling in a program, or purchasing services through AlchemizMe, you agree to the following terms.

Nature of Services

AlchemizMe provides nervous system regulation education, trauma-informed somatic support, therapeutic massage, and group programs designed to build internal safety and capacity.

All services are educational, supportive, and wellness-based in nature. They are not:

• Medical treatment

• Mental health therapy

• Diagnosis or treatment of disease

• Crisis intervention services

Massage therapy is provided within the legal scope of licensure in the State of Delaware.

Client Responsibility

You agree to:

• Provide accurate health history information.

• Communicate changes in physical or mental health.

• Inform the practitioner of discomfort during sessions.

• Take responsibility for your integration and wellbeing outside of sessions.

You understand that you may pause or stop a session at any time.

Professional Boundaries

Sessions are held within professional boundaries. Any behavior that is inappropriate, unsafe, or outside the scope of services will result in immediate termination of the session.

AlchemizMe reserves the right to discontinue services, cancel sessions, or terminate a container or program at any time if professional boundaries are violated or if continuation of services feels unsafe or misaligned.

In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed and will be issued at the sole discretion of AlchemizMe.

Modifications

AlchemizMe reserves the right to update services, pricing, and policies with reasonable notice.

IN-PERSON 1:1 SESSIONS (Wilmington, DE) TERMS

In-person sessions are 90 minutes and may include regulation-centered bodywork within the scope of Delaware licensure, including therapeutic massage, cupping, reflexology, and somatic regulation practices.

ONLINE 1:1 NERVOUS SYSTEM REGULATION TERMS

Online sessions focus on nervous system education and embodied regulation practices including breathwork, gentle movement, guided somatic awareness, and relational regulation support.

These sessions are educational and supportive in nature.

Payment plans are a commitment to the full container amount.

CONTAINER TERMS

• Containers are non-refundable once purchased.
• Sessions within containers are subject to the 24-hour cancellation policy.
• Containers are time-bound and must be used within the agreed 3, 6 or 9 -month period.
• Unused sessions beyond that timeframe may be forfeited unless prior arrangements have been made.

PROGRAMS TERMS (The Anchor, Seashell Spiral Alchemy, etc.)

Enrollment secures your place in a limited-capacity container.

Due to the nature of live group facilitation, intellectual property, and commitment:

• All program purchases are non-refundable.
• Payment plans are binding agreements for the full program amount.
• Missed sessions do not qualify for refunds or credits.
• If payment plans lapse, access to calls and materials may be paused until payments are current.

POLICIES

Payment Policy

• Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless a container agreement has been made.
• Appointments are confirmed upon payment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Sessions canceled with less than 24-hour notice are charged in full.
• No-shows are charged in full.
• Repeated late cancellations may result in discontinuation of services.
• Emergencies are understood. Exceptions may be made at my discretion.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

A “No-Show” is defined as failure to attend a scheduled session without prior communication.

Arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time without prior notice may be considered a no-show at the discretion of AlchemizMe.

Late arrivals that are accommodated will result in a shortened session. Sessions will still end at the originally scheduled time.

SCOPE OF PRACTICE

By booking services, you acknowledge understanding and agreeing to this scope of practice.

Colleen Master is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Delaware (License #MT-001522).

Massage therapy services are provided within the legal scope defined by Delaware regulations.

Somatic nervous system regulation sessions (virtual or in-person) are educational and experiential in nature and are not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or mental health services.

Energy-informed elements are complementary wellness practices and do not replace licensed medical or mental health care.

I do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychiatric conditions.

Clients are encouraged to maintain appropriate medical and mental health support outside of sessions when needed. Referrals may be provided when appropriate.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

If you are experiencing a psychiatric emergency, call 988 or an appropriate emergency provider.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

You agree to:

• Provide accurate health history information.

INTELLECTUAL PRPERTY

All content provided through AlchemizMe LLC, including but not limited to program materials, recordings, teachings, frameworks, written content, graphics, downloads, and branding, is the intellectual property of AlchemizMe LLC unless otherwise stated.

Materials are provided for personal use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, upload, transmit, create derivative works from, or publicly display any materials without prior written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in removal from programs and potential legal action.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating in services or using this website, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily engaging in educational, somatic, and bodywork services and assume full responsibility for your choices and participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlchemizMe LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the use of services, programs, or website content.

You agree that you are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and professional decisions and outcomes.

You agree to inform the practitioner of any medical conditions, injuries, or sensitivities that may affect your session.

No guarantees are made regarding specific results.
